Ever been told you’re too young to think about careers?

I beg to differ. What’s amazing is social science shows that we have patterns of thinking, behaving, and feeling around the time we’re 3 to 5 years old.

Yup.

We just don’t always identify those patterns well.

That’s where the YES! Assessment comes in.

This is not a test. Rather it is a tool for self-discovery. You’ll watch videos and answer questions about each of the following areas:

  • Personality

  • Interests

  • Skills

  • Priorities

She will coordinate your 2-hour meeting at a suitable location like a coffee shop, restaurant, or library, ensuring there's a table for your report. It's important to bring along a parent or another adult who knows you well, as they will provide support during this process. Kate will walk you through the contents of the report and highlight your unique design. Together, you'll explore various activities, school subjects, and volunteer opportunities that will allow you to experiment and discover what truly resonates with you.
