How it works

1

Pay and pick a time

Checkout takes a minute, then you land right on Kate's calendar to choose your first session.

2

Take your assessment

Kate emails your CliftonStrengths code. It takes about 45 minutes, and you will finish before you meet.

3

Meet with Kate

You will talk through your results together and leave knowing what to do with them.

  • Anyone stepping into a new role, leading people for the first time, or weighing a change
  • Curious people who have heard about CliftonStrengths and want someone to help them make sense of it
