    Use O*Net’s “Advanced Search”, & click “Interests”. Here you will find the 6 Interests used in the Holland Code.

    Choose your top interest.  The next page has 3 drop-down bars so you can use one or all 3 types to narrow your search.

  • Interests by Occupation

    Have a specific occupation in mind to explore? Simply use O*Net’s search bar at the top. Click Details, then Contents to jump to the Interests section.

    This is a quick way to see if the occupation is a good fit with your own Holland Code.
