That’s where the Career Direct Assessment comes in.

This is not a test. Rather it is a tool for self-discovery. This online assessment asks you questions about each of the following areas:

  • Personality

  • Interests

  • Skills

  • Prioritieses

Then you schedule with Kate.

She will coordinate your 2 meetings (2 hours each) at a location like a coffee shop, restaurant, or library, ensuring there's a table for your report. You’ll bring along a parent or another adult who knows you well. Invite someone you know well, who will support you as you take this information and apply it to your life.

The meeting is the fun part.

Kate will walk you through the contents of the report and highlight your unique design. She’ll teach you the process of matching your design with careers and majors. Together, you'll explore an Action Plan that will allow you to experiment and discover what truly resonates with you.
